New York Toka Chef Kitchen π
We weren't super hungry, so each of us had about 5 pieces. The toro was really fatty and of good quality, with no sinew. The seasoning was pretty standard. πΈ The rice could have been a bit more tangy, but overall it was good. We heard from the chef that one guy once ordered 80 pieces and drank a whole bottle of sake! The dessert, hojicha pudding, was deliciousβrich in tea flavor and not too sweet. And no tip required! So, before the tip, it was just $83 per person. π£ π’ Overall, this place is really suitable for big eaters or those who can drink a lot. The omakase experience in New York is truly jaw-dropping at this level! π€© Alright, if Iβve made you hungry, remember to check it out!
