New York Tom Yum Ramen--11 Tigers

1️⃣ Black Panther Curry 🍝 The coconut milk-based curry is very rich and fragrant. Paired with the saucy octopus pasta and chunks of beef, it's a real delight to have a bite of it all at once. 2️⃣ Wagyu Uni Mini Don 🍱 The fact that I ordered it twice in three times shows how much I love it. The runny egg yolk paired with the juicy Wagyu beef! And then a spoonful of the caviar and sea urchin rice, it's so delicious that it makes you shake your head in delight. One serving is not enough for me. 3️⃣ Wild Ocean Mini Don 🍱 It contains scallops, fish roe, and sweet shrimp, naturally sweet and salty from the ocean, with a very refreshing texture. Their appetizers are also very good, just a bit pricey. 4️⃣ Hoy Yai oysters and Tuna rice cracker, Tuna zuke all have a chili sauce similar to Lao Gan Ma, and I really like this flavor. You can choose one of the three. 5️⃣ Many dishes also feature sea urchin.
