New York TSUMO (1)🍣

🏙️For the finale, I added a lot of sea urchin. The combination of Wagyu beef and sea urchin is truly indulgent—I highly recommend it! With just one bite, I almost cried. It’s like creamy butter meets a sea breeze. The scallops are sweet and tender, and a touch of yuzu pepper takes them to another level. I ended the meal with a satisfying donburi that left me feeling completely content. 🎢 Some fish are subject to availability; I booked a 5 pm reservation and had plenty of options, but the chef said it might be different later in the evening. Haha, better safe than sorry! 🌟 As for the price, we ended up paying $120 per person with a tip, but it really depends on what you order and how generous you are with gratuities. Working has taught me that money isn’t easy to earn, but treating myself to delicious food occasionally is totally worth it! 🥰 🍃 TIP: Reservations are a must, and it’s best to book at least two days in advance. Restaurant Name: TSUMO🌸 Address: 132 E 28th St, New York, NY 10016 (The menu changes with the seasons.) #NewYorkFood #SeaUrchinSeason 🌟
