The tiny shop was bustling with people, every seat taken. After finding a spot, I scanned the QR code on the table and checked out the menu. I went with the classic ramen for $10.95 🔪 and added spicy 🌶️. You can customize your noodles—thickness, firmness, broth style—just like Ichiran, plus extra char siu and a soft-boiled egg 🥚. I also ordered fried dumplings 🥟 and shredded cabbage pork rice 🍚. The food came out quickly. The classic ramen had really chewy noodles and a rich, flavorful broth that was so good I didn't want to stop sipping it 😆. The char siu was a bit on the salty side, though. The fried dumplings had a crispy exterior but were pretty average inside. The shredded cabbage pork rice tasted like a version of braised pork belly rice, a bit salty too.
