๐ New York West Village: A Ramen Spot I'd Return to a Billion Times!
๐ Address: 48 Carmine St, New York, NY 10014, USA (West Village location) Walked in, and the place was packed! Tables were turning over super fast. The tiny shop was bustling with people, every seat taken. After finding a spot, I scanned the QR code on the table and checked out the menu. I went with the classic ramen for $10.95 ๐ช and added spicy ๐ถ๏ธ. You can customize your noodlesโthickness, firmness, broth styleโjust like Ichiran, plus extra char siu and a soft-boiled egg ๐ฅ. I also ordered fried dumplings ๐ฅ and shredded cabbage pork rice ๐. The food came out quickly. The classic ramen had really chewy noodles and a rich, flavorful broth that was so good I didn't want to stop sipping it ๐. The char siu was a bit on the salty side, though. The fried dumplings had a crispy exterior but were pretty average inside. The shredded cabbage pork rice tasted like a version of braised pork belly rice, a bit salty too. When paying, they don't accept hundred-dollar bills, so bring some smaller change ๐ช. #NewYork #FoodieAdventures #Food #NewYorkLife ๐
