The beef stir-fried noodles are a must-try—they’re incredibly delicious. How can they make noodles this good? 🍜 🗽 The cumin lamb skewers are huge and super satisfying to eat. Each bite is full of flavor. 🍖 The lamb baozi (steamed buns) are amazing too. The dough, known as “dead dough” in the north, is firm but incredibly flavorful, and the lamb inside is just perfect. 🥢 🗽The Xinjiang-style chicken with wide noodles is also delicious. I love the wide noodles in this dish. 🍗 We also ordered shredded cabbage, which was a great choice. After eating so much lamb, the tangy cabbage was perfect for cutting through the richness. 🥬 I wouldn’t recommend the dessert, though—it’s too sweet for my taste. 🍰 This place is incredibly delicious and perfect for a group meal.
