The dumpling skin is soft and sticky, incredibly delicious, bursting with juice in every bite. The soup-filled dumplings are fantastic! However, I personally think the pork filling could be even better 🤔 🫓 Fried Chinese Leek Dumplings (Jiucai Hezi) Cheap, generous, and delicious! The leeks are tender and juicy, the scrambled eggs are super fragrant, and the outer skin is crispy yet soft and glutinous.
