Newly Popular Affordable Omakase
Newly Popular Affordable Omakase I discovered this hidden Omakase gem in Flushing on my last visit, and I finally came to try it this time. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! For an affordable Omakase, the quality of the fish is incredibly sincere, with hairy crab, sea urchin, and wagyu beef all included. To my surprise, I even got to taste Kinki Fish, also known as the "happiness of the sea" 😍 In addition to the $138 and $168 sets, they also offer a $58 ten-course Omakase that's an incredible deal! ❤️ The appetizers are incredibly generous in both portion and variety. The Miyazaki Wagyu Tartare has an amazing texture, and when mixed with quail eggs and wrapped in nori, it's divine! Hokkaido oysters with white sea urchin, conch, white fish tempura, and scallop tea bowl steamed~ After the appetizers, I was already half full 😆 ❤️ The sushi portion is also commendable, with the quality of the fish being truly excellent. My favorite dishes include: 🍣 Hokkaido scallop with white sea urchin - incredibly fresh. 🍣 Hokkaido hairy crab with red sea urchin - a favorite dish, so fresh and delicious! 🍣 Bluefin tuna otoro - melts in your mouth, my favorite part. 🍣 Kinki Fish - I didn't expect to find Kinki Fish preparation here! After being grilled, the fish still has a very springy texture. #IAmAFoodExplorer #HiddenGemMap #NewYorkFunAndDine #FlushingFood #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkOmakase #AffordableOmakaseInNewYork #NewlyEmergedOmakaseInNewYork #FlushingOmakase
