Niagara Falls ℓ A vibrant miniature world in the Italian garden
Compared to gardening projects in Ontario that often cost several thousand or even tens of thousands of dollars, spending $9 to visit this garden near the Falls is definitely worthwhile. ☘️ It features the three key characteristics of an Italian Renaissance garden:🌹🌹 🌵🌵 centered around fountains and statues, with a central axis running through the yard to create symmetrical landscapes, and plants shaped into artistic forms. It is currently collaborating with the award-winning Mosaïcultures Internationales de Montréal to host an outdoor cartoon-themed horticultural exhibition, Whimsical Creatures.🙊🙊 ➡️ Buy tickets at the counter in the entrance shop, then head straight to the backyard to see wooden replica cottages, cartoon animals, and a small train. 🚞 A quick walk through takes less than half an hour, but I’m always drawn to the non-stop little train by the lotus pond, watching it run round and round 🏃♂️. (Note: The fountain doesn’t operate very often.)🍐🎼 Seeing the treehouse in the garden reminded me... ✨✨ In 2013, the renowned American modern home magazine Dwell listed the 4 Treehouse (designed by Canadian architect Lukasz Kox, built in the woods by Lake Muskoka – see from the internet) as one of the world’s seven most popular treehouses, a futuristic piece of black technology. 🌈🌈 Thanks to Canada’s abundance of forests and lakes, treehouse camping experiences have quietly gained popularity in recent years.🌪️ You can turn off electronic devices, escape the city, stay in a tree, immerse yourself in nature, heal, and enjoy quiet moments. 🏛️🏛️ To retain the quality of urban life, luxurious treehouse camping experiences (treehouse glamping) have emerged recently (I’ll write an article about this experience later – setting a flag here!).🍉🍉 ➡️➡️ After noon, the sun was too intense, so we went inside to visit.👣 The greenhouse is divided into two parts: North House and South House, connected by a central sculpture. 🌻 👀👀The North House hosts seasonal flower exhibitions with an annual theme – this year’s is "natural forests," featuring giant mushrooms and tree stumps. The South House is a tropical botanical garden. Who can understand the joy of spending an hour admiring healing cacti?! 💃 Floral Showhouse🏡🏡 📍7145 Niagara River Pkwy, Niagara Falls 🕒 Open daily from 10:00-17:00 🅿️ Paid metered parking available at the entrance #NiagaraFalls#Garden
