Nice Hotel with Minor Hiccups 🏙️🏨

I actually drafted this review a few weeks ago but somehow never posted it. Still, I wanted to share my experience! The hotel itself is quite nice — the location is super convenient, especially since it’s close to my concert venue 🎵📍. I stayed in a king room with a city view, and it was both spacious and clean 🛏️✨. That said, I did run into one frustrating issue during check-in. Right after getting my key card and heading up to my floor, it was already deactivated — and I’m talking minutes after receiving it! 🚫🛗 I’m still not sure how that happened so quickly. I had to call the front desk (waited about 10 minutes), got disconnected, then called back again. Eventually, security came up and let me into my room 🔐👮‍♂️. The whole situation took around 30 minutes to resolve, which really threw off my schedule — I was in a rush to get ready and drive to my concert in New Orleans 🚗💨.
