NOLA Oyster & Seafood Restaurant Recommendation – Pêche 🦪✨
What happens when you eat oysters for three days straight? A big, happy smile appears on your face! 😄 When it comes to oysters in New Orleans, everyone recommends the viral spots like Luke and ACME. But after trying them myself, I felt Luke wasn’t fresh enough, and ACME was mostly fried food with crazy long lines. 😅 Then I discovered Pêche—part of a restaurant group that absolutely nails it! Their oysters are so fresh, they moved me to tears… of joy! 😭💙 Highly recommended! That day, they had three types of oysters sourced from Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana: 🐚 Florida – The smallest (shown in the first photo), with the sweetest and cleanest flavor. But they're so tiny, they’re gone in a bite—like eating a mystical fruit without even tasting it! 🍃 🐚 Alabama – Plump and juicy, with a fresh, sweet taste that carries the soul of the ocean. Highly recommend! 🌊 🐚 Louisiana – The largest in size, flavor slightly less complex than Alabama’s, but still absolutely delicious and worth ordering! 🔥 The grilled fish is a must-order at every table. The green sauce and olive oil combo is flavorful and perfectly balanced. We also tried several sides: 🥗 Beets Salad – Fresh and vibrant 🍲 Catfish in Soup – Hearty and comforting 🥢 Roasted Brussels Sprouts with vinegar – Amazingly tasty and well-charred Everything was absolutely delicious—no disappointments here! Plus, you can make a reservation and skip the long waits. 🕒✅ Have you tried oysters from different states? Which is your favorite?
