🌟 Nolla | A Restaurant Where Every Dish is Delicious 🌟

Had a meal with a friend at a place with 12k followers on Instagram. The restaurant's accolades are modestly displayed by the restroom door, and I wouldn't have known it was a Michelin Guide restaurant if I hadn't gone in there. The staff introduced the Chief’s Choice Menu as a hidden menu, so we ordered it at 💶56€ per person. It includes two appetizers, one main course, and one dessert. However, it turned out not to be so hidden as we found all three dishes on the menu. 💫 Pike Perch Crudo, Red Escabeche, and Raspberries 💶 14€ Pike Perch sashimi with red vinegar sauce and raspberries. The taste was great, and the red vinegar sauce made it very appetizing. 💫 I didn't quite catch the name of the second dish, only heard "pasta." Blame my poor English for not finding it on the menu. So, this one truly counts as a hidden menu item. In four words: it was incredibly delicious. 💫 Grilled Catch of the Day, Smoked Potatoes, and Fermented Paprika Butter Sauce 💶 27€ We guessed the main course was this one because it came with potatoes and pepper sauce, haha. The fish was tender and juicy, and the sauce was a bit salty for my taste, but it paired perfectly with the potatoes. Very delicious. 💫 Yogurt Ice Cream, Candied Lemon with Seaweed and Rose Quince Granita 💶 11€ Yogurt ice cream with candied lemon, seaweed, and rose quince granita. I already love yogurt ice cream, and with the lemon and granita, it made for a very refreshing dessert. It was very tasty. No wonder this restaurant has so many fans; every dish is indeed delicious.
