🐑Mutton Offal Soup is a must There's so much lamb tripe in it, it's like noodles, and it's not at all gamey. It tastes sweet and is perfect for someone like me who gets cold easily in winter 🥹🥹. 🐮Special Sauce Beef This is also good, it tastes a lot like homemade, especially with the dipping sauce, haha, it's very simple, just minced garlic and soy sauce. 🐷Spicy Sautéed Intestines This was an unexpected surprise, I didn't expect it to be so delicious. After all, this is a noodle shop, but the intestines are very clean and the seasoning is just right, with a sweet taste. 🍜Three-Mix Noodles (Minced Sauce + Tomato and Scrambled Egg + Stir-Fried Pork + Shredded Cucumber) I ordered it with a single noodle. I personally don't often eat noodles and I'm not particularly fond of them, but I found these to be very chewy!
