It’s massive—they show you everything, down to the vintage fridge! Outside the castle, you’ll find a charming European-style street with cute shops and restaurants. Behind the castle lies a breathtakingly romantic garden and a greenhouse straight out of Alice in Wonderland! Visit in spring 🦋🌸 when butterflies flutter among fragrant blooms—sheer magic! 🚗 Explore the Grounds Drive past veggie patches and cornfields to reach the estate’s village. Enjoy wine tastings 🍷, live jazz from talented elders, and deep conversations with your loved one. What a dreamy way to spend the day! You can even stay overnight—though we had to head to Charlotte that day. 💐 The Gardens The lotus pond absolutely blew me away! The last time I saw lotuses this beautiful was at Chairman Mao’s former residence. 🅿️ Parking Park in Lot A and take a short stroll to the castle. Or park in Lots C/D and hop on a shuttle! 👗 What to Wear The scenery is straight out of a fairytale 👸💫 — wear a flowy dress and you’ll feel like the main character!
