Not Everything Was Perfect... đ˝ď¸đ¤
Like some other well-known restaurants in New Orleans, I found Arnaudâs to be decent â but it felt more like a tourist spot than a truly outstanding dining experience. We started with the Shrimp Arnaud â it was okay, but nothing extraordinary. The shrimp werenât particularly large, and the famous rĂŠmoulade sauce was tasty but not amazing.â¤ď¸ A friend ordered the turtle soup, which our server highly recommended as âthe best in New Orleans.â My friend didnât care for it, so I finished it â and while it was good, it didnât come close to the incredible turtle soup I had the next day at Commanderâs Palace đ˘đ˛â¤ď¸. I also tried one of their fish specialties â it was cooked well and flavorful, but not particularly memorable. Overall, Arnaudâs is a solid restaurant with historic charm and professional service, but it didnât stand out in terms of flavor or creativity. If youâre looking for an iconic New Orleans experience, itâs worth a visit â just donât expect to be blown away.đ˝ď¸ #Arnauds #NewOrleansDining #HonestReview #TurtleSoup #FrenchQuarterEats #GoodNotGreat #FoodieThoughts #NOLA
