Not That Impressive đ
Like some other famous spots in New Orleans, I found Arnaud's to be okayâbut it feels more like a tourist attraction than a truly great restaurant. đď¸ We started with the Shrimp Arnaud. The shrimp weren't very large, and the famous remoulade sauce was decent but nothing amazing. đ A friend ordered the turtle soup, which our server highly recommended as "the best in New Orleans." My friend didnât enjoy it much, so I finished itâit was fine, but it didnât compare to the turtle soup I had the next day at Commanderâs Palace. đ˘đ˛ I also tried their fish special. It was cooked well and tasted good, but it wasnât particularly memorable. Overall, Arnaud's is a decent place with historic charm, but the food just didnât stand out.
