A Must-Visit for Phone and Communication Enthusiasts π During my internship, I sneaked out and visited the NTT Technical and Historical Museum next door. π’π It's like a museum, very large with several floors, showcasing the history of communication from a hundred or two hundred years ago to the present (which is also the history of NTT's development in Japan). It's enough to spend an entire afternoon there. You can use all kinds of old phones inside and even experience being an operator. Every time you press a phone button, you can see how the switchboard works. π’π The location is near Mitaka, next to the NTT Musashino Research Center. It's only open on Thursday and Friday afternoons, admission is free, and no reservation is needed!
