NY's Sichuan Restaurant is Pure Culinary Love 🌶️🔥

I’ve been here countless times~Every time I’m torn about which Sichuan restaurant to visit, this one always comes to mind. Each visit leaves me completely satisfied. I want to share this hidden gem in a little alley with my Flushing buddies—it’s got the most authentic Sichuan flavors! 🌟 🐷 Garlic Pork: My all-time favorite! If you don’t order it, you’ll regret it! Thin slices of pork, tender and juicy, not greasy at all. Paired with chewy cold noodles and drizzled with the secret sauce, it’s as delicious as ever. 😍 Sichuan people really know how to eat! 👍 🐂 Black Pepper Beef on Iron Plate: A must-order! The beef is incredibly tender! The black pepper sauce sizzles and releases its aroma on the hot iron plate. 🤤 No wonder it’s the chef’s recommendation. I devoured the whole plate and can’t wait to order another one! Haha. Paired with green and red bell peppers, enoki mushrooms, garlic, and onions—absolutely perfect! 😋 🦆 Homemade Camphor Tea Duck: Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a rich, smoky aftertaste. 🍆 It’s such a unique dish, like a master chef’s creation in Sichuan cuisine. It’s now officially on my must-order list! 🐟 Paper-Wrapped Spicy Stir-Fried Fish: My friend was overjoyed with this dish. The stir-frying is done to perfection, with a perfect balance of spicy and fresh flavors. The fish soaks up all the sauce, making it the ultimate companion for rice or noodles! 🍜 #NewYork 🗽🌟
