NY Dessert | Burrow Japanese Desserts 🌟

This is the dessert everyone says is hard to get. According to Instagram, it’s open from Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM—a dessert shop that only operates four days a week, four hours a day. 🌸You can check their Instagram before you go to make sure they’re open and avoid a trip in vain. The owners are said to be an elderly Japanese couple. The shop is quite small, and inside there’s a corner that’s not much bigger than a food cart. The first time I went, I bought the chestnut and hazelnut mousse cake shown in the first picture. I really liked it. 🎢 The mousse wasn’t greasy at all, with a texture like jelly mousse, and you could taste the sandy chestnut filling in between. The other desserts I tried were a bit better than those from similar American dessert shops, but the shop is a bit far. 🌊 What motivated me to come again next time is the mousse cake. I hope to try other flavors, like the black tea and lychee, matcha, and other seasonal limited editions I saw . Unfortunately, I didn’t encounter them this time. 68 Jay St #119, Brooklyn, NY 11201 🍃If you’re in Brooklyn and craving some unique Japanese-inspired desserts, Burrow is worth a visit. The flavors are exquisite, and the experience is memorable! 🍽️ #burrow #Burrow 🌇
