Every year, bars and restaurants across the city pull out all the stops—swapping their usual decor for snow-dusted cabins, twinkling winter wonderlands, and the kind of kitschy, candy-colored setups that practically beg for a photo . And of course, each one comes with its own menu of merry, mistletoe-ready cocktails . Whether you’re chasing peak holiday vibes or simply want to sip something festive under a canopy of lights, these are the holiday pop-up bars that deserve a spot on your 2025 winter bucket list . Jingle Jangle at The Dead Rabbit -------------------------------- FiDi’s beloved (and award-winning) outpost The Dead Rabbit revives its famous Jingle Jangle pop-up again for 2025, just in time for the holiday season. Bringing a true “Fairytale on Water Street” vibe to life, the bar’s three floors are decked to the nines with over the top-decor —all while serving seasonal dishes and kitsch-themed cocktails like the Patron-based “Deck the Halls” and bourbon-based “Gingerbread Man” amongst many more. Jingle Jangle runs from November 18 – January 4, 2026. 30 Water Street Frosty’s Christmas Bar ---------------------- Back for its fourth consecutive year, Frosty’s Christmas Bar brings the ultimate holiday energy...and this year it’s in a brand new location. New Yorkers can step into four floors of over-the-top cheer , where a wonderland of twinkling lights, glittering ornaments, and dozens of immersive photo ops —including Santa’s sleigh and a life-sized candy cane lane—awaits. Don’t forget about the fantastic food and drinks, like the Santa’s sliders and Blitzen’s buffalo tenders, which pair with cocktail creations like “The Naughty List” and the “Jack Frost.” Frosty’s Christmas Bar runs from November 21 – December 30 . Tickets start at $15 and increase as Christmas approaches. 1604 Broadway Foxtail’s Holiday Hideaway -------------------------- Arlo SoHo’s beloved speakeasy Foxtail has taken on a holiday transformation as one of the most cozy cocktail dens in the city. This year, New Yorkers can score a $45 special, which includes two holiday cocktails and an appetizer. On the menu includes warm seasonal cocktails like Spiked Mexican Hot Cocoa or a Yuletide Toddy in addition to creative holiday concoctions like theChristmasFruitcake or Tree Topper . Foxtail’s Holiday Hideaway is open now and reservations can be made on OpenTable. 231 Hudson Street Grinchy’s at Roberta’s ---------------------- Iconic pizza-slingers Roberta’s have expanded their empire in the past couple years, and that means its holiday pop-up “Grinchy’s” is only getting bigger too. The Bushwick flagship will once again turn its Tiki Bar into a winter wonderland with ornaments, twinkle lights, and of course, Santa and the Grinch. (The Domino Park and Penn Plaza locations will as well). Festive F&B will be up for grabs too like, Hot Toddys, Frostie The Snowman, and Grinchy’s Old Fashion cocktails — plus Grinchy’s Pretzels, Bee-Sting Popcorn (a riff on their legendary pie), Christmas cookies, and more curated by Chef Carlo Mirarchi. Additionally, this year the Bushwick location will have a Christmas tree lot, withglistening and towering deep green pine trees fromSoho Trees; perfect to purchase before/or after grabbing a bite. Bringing festive original cocktails, over-the-top decorations, and exciting new mug designs to both Manhattan and Brooklyn this year, it’s set to be one of the most memorable years for the beloved Miracle . Expect over the top kitschy, festive décor and themed cocktail menus with fan favorites such as the*Christmapolitan*and*Snowball Old-Fashioned*. New cocktails this year include*Candy Cane Lane, Dancing Sugarplums, Blitzen Barrel, and Miracle Mouse.*The menu also includes non-alcoholic cocktails this year, which is a first for the brands. In Brooklyn, the brand’s “Miracle at Vacations” variation will will feature hot drinks and a 6-hole themed mini golf course on the rooftop, along with a heated outdoor rooftop with pink Christmas décor on the weekends.
