The silver-skinned fish nigiri had a subtle oceanic note, but the tempura fish skin was perfectly crisp. 🍲 Soup with Fish & Sesame Tofu Tender fish scored into floral shapes, served with dense, velvety sesame tofu—comforting and unique. 🍚 Three Rice Bowls Beef Tendon Rice: Savory, wok-fried, and deeply flavorful—our favorite! Tomato Rice Small Fish & Egg Rice 🍇 Dessert Grape juice-soaked marshmallow with milk ice cream and grape jelly—refreshing and elegant.
