Jo Jo Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Horrible customer service. I’m literally down the block from them and order 4-5 times out of the week. There’s almost always an issue especially with their delivery people. I’m straight down the block, no turns no nothing. I specify the name of the business and let them know what two stores I’m in between and yet STILL always with issues. I order daily. I don’t understand.

That’s not even why I’m mad, I call the store to explain that their delivery person STILL can’t find me and I’m sure the food was cold by that time… he literally didn’t want to hear it because he was busy. What type of business place does/says that to a customer? First the pizza that was never delivered, then the multiple cold meals, never bringing ketchup with the fries and now just blatant disrespect 😂. LOL I will never order again. Horrible

Gave them a try not long ago and I must say it's a 3.5. Their calzones are amazing with lots of cheese and a soft outer part. Yesterday, however, I tried one of their Alfredo pasta and I was pretty underwhelmed. The taste of the sauce was not as good and the chicken was straight up supermarket pre-made nuggets. Their online ordering system makes it a bit pricey so I guess that's that for convenience. Hope they improve with some of their options because I'm pretty sure they can...

Normally the food is good and the prices are great, but the last time I ordered they completely got it wrong and charged me for more things than I ordered, called me multiple times (four?!) just to discuss what my order was in the first place, and when I got the food, the pizza box was left damaged and exposed, and the pizza was sliding out of the box. The pasta also tasted reheated and odd. Really disappointed I don't know what happened but I won't be a returning customer...
