Finally checked out Kore Coffee‼️ Tucked next to Chun Yang Tea House in Chinatown, this tiny spot is a hidden gem for matcha and tiramisu lovers 💚 We tried the Kore Tiramisu Latte and Matcha Tiramisu Latte — both were SO delicious!!! The rich, creamy layers of tiramisu paired with bold espresso or earthy matcha were pure perfection. It totally brought back memories of sipping drinks at Omomo in Irvine 😭👏 We also ordered the Matcha Croffle, and let me just say — their matcha cream is UNREAL. Smooth, not too sweet, with that authentic bitter matcha kick. It’s been way too long since I’ve had matcha this satisfying! The croffle itself was a bit firm to cut since it wasn’t served warm, but the flavor and texture were still on point 😋 Fair warning: the shop is super cozy with only 2-3 tables, so it’s better for quick stops or to-go orders.
