A charming little café that’s pure joy for coffee lovers craving something creative, cozy, and truly unique. Nestled on Elizabeth Street in the heart of Chinatown, Köre Coffee blends traditional Korean flair with artisanal café favorites.
Their signature tiramisu lattes—whether the classic, matcha, or black sesame Tahni version—are a delightful twist on dessert-in-a-cup and are consistently praised as rich, creamy, and balanced. The black sesame latte is a standout—savory, subtly sweet, and velvety smooth.
Pair any drink with their croffles—a buttery hybrid of croissant and waffle—offered in flavors like strawberry tiramisu or savory cheese and bacon. The everything bagel croissant filled with savory cream cheese is another local favorite that blends comfort and surprise.
Inside, seating is limited—more cozy grab‑and‑go than café lounge—but the friendly staff and quick service make the experience still feel warm and inviting. Despite their compact size, many visitors leave with a full belly and a happy heart.
While prices are on the higher side (most specialty drinks hover around $8), the quality, creativity, and charm make every dollar feel well spent.

It might be difficult to grab a table sometimes, luckily people usually won't stay too long so you can still wait for seats patiently. Their barista and staff are very attentive and friendly. Even though all the food and beverages are served in disposable boxes and paper cups, the presentation is still very cute and they even wrote "Thank you" on the plastic lid with a smiley. Such kind of little details really brightens my mood and enhances the overall café experience :-)
* Tiramisu Croffle Okay apparently I can't resist anything goes with tiramisu. I am addictive to how the bitterness of tiramisu balances the sweetness in dessert. Croffle base was buttery and toasted crispy, while tiramisu whipping cream was generously frosted on top. The creme was neither over-sweet nor heavy, instead it had a subtle espresso aftertaste. The croffle was around a palm size, optimal potion to satisfy your sweet tooth without getting too stuffed.
* Matcha Latte w/ Oat Milk I ordered the matcha latte without any prior expectation, but it was surprisingly right up my alley. It was lightly sweetened and the milk wasn't over frothed. The richness of matcha powder and creaminess of oat milk sparked the best chemistry together. I will definitely order the same drink from them next time.
* Tahni Latte (Black Sesame, Organic) Black sesame was a tad too grainy. It still tasted rich, bold and nutty anyway. An above-average black sesame latte in town after all, just not as impressive as the one I had at Davelle.
My Recommendations: Tiramisu Croffle,...
Read moreThis is such a lovely place. The man working was so polite and kind! We placed our order and our food and drinks came out super quick. There wasn't too many seats/tables but luckily there was one available when we went. I'd expect this place to fill up quick during peak hours, so go in planning on taking it to go or waiting for a seat. Besides that though, everything we ordered was delicious. The black sesame latte was tasty, and had a surprising sweet and salty profile. It wasn't too sweet, but definitely had a strong nutty flavor that was unlike anything I've ever had before. I'm not sure if this latte had any coffee in it (I don't think it did?) but if so, you couldn't taste it at all. They offer alternative milk options which is really nice, because some other cafes in the area don't have that option. We also ordered a tiramisu croffle which was absolutely amazing! There was a lot of the mascarpone frosting and the chocolate dusting was truly the cherry on top. I was so beyond pleased with everything I ordered, so really the only negative thing I can think to say is that the croffle was a bit overcooked so it became quite hard to bite into. If it was a little softer/easier to bite into, I would've enjoyed it more... but I'd still give this a 9.5/10...
