NYC Beacon｜A Century-Old Secret: America's Best Sweet & Savory Pies ✨

📍 137 Main St, Beacon, NY 12508 A spontaneous visit to this little Beacon shop made me fall in love with the town at first bite 💛 Noble Pies, founded in 2008, is said to carry a pie-making tradition that’s over a century old! No wonder all six pies we tried—both sweet and savory—were incredibly delicious. Every single bite was unforgettable, and I seriously wanted to take the whole shop back to NYC with me! 🍋 Key Lime Pie – My favorite! Tart yet balanced, chilled inside with a crisp crust. The chocolate pie had a similar amazing texture—almost tear-worthy 😭 🍎 Apple Pie – Packed with real apples! The berry pie also perfectly blended jam and fresh fruit. 🍗 Chicken Pie – A savory standout. It reminded me of Cantonese chicken pie—so comforting and filled with tender meat and vegetables. Could easily eat ten! The sugar content is wonderfully low, so nothing tastes overly sweet.
