NYC Food | BONDST: Perfect Ambiance and Service 🌟

I’ve been looking forward to trying this Japanese restaurant, and it did not disappoint! We were greeted by an incredibly enthusiastic server who gave us detailed recommendations. He even treated us to Big Eye Tuna Tarts, saying it was a shame we didn’t order it. He also suggested an off-menu Eggplant Bun, which was absolutely delicious. For dessert, he recommended the cheesecake, but it wasn’t to our liking, and we didn’t finish it. To our surprise, he said, “I don’t want you to pay for something you don’t like,” and took it off our bill. It was good, but you could try other dishes instead. Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ▫️ Blue Fin Tuna Chu Toro $24 (p8) I usually prefer salmon, but this tuna was surprisingly delicious!
