Just wrapped up an unforgettable 60-hour NYC trip—curated and guided by a true local! From skyline views and historic landmarks to museum marathons and epic sunsets, here’s how we made every moment count: 🌟 Day 1 | Downtown Manhattan & Brooklyn Golden Hour ☀️ Morning Started at Liberty State Park with a peaceful walk along the water Visited the poignant Empty Sky Memorial with a full Manhattan skyline view 🏙️ Watched helicopters soar over the river—old-money transport is next level! 🚁 Got an incredibly close (and crowd-free) view of the Statue of Liberty 🗽 🌆 Afternoon Drove to the World Trade Center, reflected at the 9/11 Memorial Pools ⛲ Explored the stunning Oculus and walked down to Wall Street Hit the key spots in order: ✅ New York Stock Exchange ✅ Charging Bull statue 🐂 ✅ Grand Central Terminal 🚉 ✅ Brooklyn Bridge & the iconic DUMBO photo spot 🌅 Evening Caught a breathtaking sunset from DUMBO—the sky turned to watercolor 🌆 Crossed the bridge back as city lights began to glow 🌟 Day 2 | Uptown Museums & Midtown Icons 🖼️ Morning Spent half a day at the Metropolitan Museum of Art—absolutely worth the $30 🎨 Could have stayed longer—this place is a universe of its own! 🍜 Lunch Ate at Soothr in the East Village—an incredible Thai noodle bar 🍝 Highly recommend their Pad Thai (book ahead!) 🏙️ Evening Rushed to Summit One Vanderbilt for sunset views 🌇 Pro tip: Arrive early! We waited an hour and missed the actual sunset 😅 Still, the digital art and mirror rooms were mind-blowing 🌌 Ended the night at Times Square and Fifth Avenue—NYC at its most electric! 💡 🏨 Hotel Stayed at Courtyard Lyndhurst Meadowlands in New Jersey—budget-friendly and just 20+ minutes from downtown An intense, inspiring, and delicious 60 hours—NYC never disappoints! #NYC #MetropolitanMuseum #WallStreet #Brooklyn #H1B #StudyAbroadVibes #EB1A #NYCTravel #NYCFood
