This affordable NYC omakase experience totally blew my mind! Last weekend while shopping in SoHo, I walked past a place advertising “all-you-can-eat sushi + unlimited sake” 🍶. Skeptical but curious, we grabbed the last two seats at 5:30 PM — and the place was packed! For $98 per person, you get 75 minutes of unlimited sushi and sake refills. The chefs start you off quickly, then give you a checklist to mark what you want more of. We weren’t super hungry, so we added about five extra pieces each. The toro was surprisingly fatty and tender, though the rice could have been tangier. The owner told us one legend refilled 80 pieces and finished a whole bottle of sake! 🍣 Dessert was a lovely hojicha pudding — not too sweet, with a nice tea flavor. And best of all — no tipping expected! That’s basically $83 pre-tip. Great for big eaters or sake lovers.
