NYC Steakhouse | Bowery Meat Company 🥩✨

Festive days call for hearty meat feasts! At Bowery Meat Company in the Lower East Side, the American Wagyu NY Strip (first photo) truly impressed. 🥩💫 Perfectly marbled but not overly fatty, cooked to a beautiful medium, well‑seasoned but not salty — absolutely delicious even without sauce, though their house sauces complement nicely. In comparison, the 30‑Day Dry‑Aged Bone‑In Rib Steak (third photo) fell a bit flat — a bit too lean; perhaps medium‑rare would have suited it better. We’re curious about their Porterhouse next time! For starters, the Octopus (second photo) came highly recommended — and it did not disappoint. Tender, flavorful, with a lovely char and deliciously seasoned cauliflower. 🐙❤️ Dessert almost got skipped (the options looked very classic American), but our server suggested the Cheesecake — and it was fantastic! Light, fluffy, no crumbly crust, topped with tangy‑sweet blueberry sauce. A refreshing finish. Overall, a solid recommendation! Though in my NYC steakhouse rankings, La Tête still holds the top spot. 😉 #NYCSteakhouse #BoweryMeatCompany #WagyuNYC #SteakLovers #NYCRestaurants #DateNightNYC #FineDining #MeatFeast #NYCEats #FoodieReview #LowerEastSideEats #CheesecakeLove
