This is a restaurant that has perfected it's craft in superb service, outstanding meal presentation, ambiance and mastering cooking quality steaks and other dishes. It is pricey, but worth every last penny for an optimum and personalized dining experience. We were very easily able to make last minute reservations for 6:45pm on a Saturday night. We lucked out but do encourage planning well in advance. We were warmly greeted and immediately seated even though we arrived a few moments early. Drink orders were taken and immediately brought to table while we perused the menu. Our server arrived with a board of meats, describing each cut and it's price. This visual really is a game changer to really get to know what it is you are ordering. For appetizers we got the jumbo shrimp cocktail and the house ricotta. Both were amazing. For entrees the dry aged Porterhouse (med rare), and the the 7 oz Grass fed Argentinian filet mignon (med rare) with chimmichuri, and hash brown and creamed spinach for the sides. Every single thing we ate was supreme quality, beautifully executed and absolutely beyond delicious. The chef himself came out to our table for our feedback. Excellent. The carrot cake for dessert also blew us away. Water glasses were never empty, drink refills came in a flash, and new linen napkins were given without even an ask. The ambiance is upscale yet inviting and casual with a certain decorum. No distracting t.v.s. The attention to detail was impressive and all of our needs were genuinely taken care of. We lost track of time and all other concerns outside the enjoyment of the meals and one another's company. This establishment is just as good as some of the most highly rated steakhouses in NYC. We would highly recommend and plan to return for another fantastic meal...

Our server, Jonah, guided us through our menu options and experience immaculately. By the end of our time here, we were good friends.

The backwaiters were the most impressive I’ve ever seen. Our table was constantly attended to.

The wine selection was beyond anything we’ve encountered. There is something for absoloutely everyone here, at every price point.

For steak, with assistance in choosing from our beyond knowledgeable server, we went with the Tomahawk Rib Eye. It came out cooked to absolute perfection.

Medium rare. The perfect amount of salt and char. Dry aged and buttery, but not so much that you couldn’t explore the natural flavors of the cut. Every bite was an experience in itself.

Our sides of shishitos, potatoes and mushrooms were equally delicious, all of them prepared in a manner in which their natural flavors could shine and were enhanced, not drenched , by accompanying ingredients.

To say the desserts were indulgent would be an understatement. We imbibed on our Affogato while trying to hide our smiles from how good it was. The 18 layer cake was just perfect. The chocolate lover in me has never been so fulfilled.

We spoke for a while after our meal as we enjoyed an after diner digestive and glass of wine. All the amazing flavors and incredible service we’d received. There’s no better feeling than knowing your hard earned dollars were well spent.
