Oahu really lives up to its reputation as a food paradise in Hawaii!

Just a few minutes’ walk from Waikiki Beach, Khan Skewer Restaurant is a place I always look forward to visiting when I come to Oahu. Every dish is so memorable, perfect for dining with friends! Here are some of my absolute favorite dishes to share: 🔥 Grilled Seafood Series (my all-time favorite!): Garlic Lobster Tail 🦞: The lobster tail is tender and juicy, paired with a rich garlic flavor. One bite and you’re hit with the taste of the ocean, pure bliss! Garlic Grilled Oyster 🦪: The oysters are plump and full, with the garlic and juice perfectly blended, each bite is succulent. Garlic Vermicelli Scallops 🐚: The scallops are tender and sweet, with the vermicelli soaked in garlic sauce, absolutely delicious, a clean plate every time! 🔥 Barbecue Series that I can never get enough of: Grilled Beef Tongue 🥩: The beef tongue has a perfect texture, tender yet chewy, with a strong charcoal aroma. Grilled Beef Tendon 🍖: The tendon is bouncy and full of flavor, a must-try for tendon lovers! Grilled Pork Neck 🐷: The meat is well-marbled, flavorful without being greasy, and disappears from the table in no time. Pork Belly Rolls with Asparagus/Mushrooms 🥓: The pork belly is rich and oily, wrapped around the crisp asparagus/mushrooms, a fantastic mix of meat and vegetables! 🍚 Main Course Inner Mongolia Special Fried Rice: This fried rice is incredible! It contains carrots and lamb, each grain separate and full of aroma, a large portion for just 7 bucks, such a steal. 🍹 Beverages Peach Juice Bucket: A variety of fruits mixed in a huge, rainbow-lighted juice bucket, refreshing and thirst-quenching, perfect with barbecue. 🍧 Dessert Honeydew Sherbet 🍈: Each table gets a free sherbet! We chose honeydew flavor, the ice is soft and smooth, sweet but not cloying, perfect for cutting the grease after a meal. The staff are also very enthusiastic, with quick service, always ready to refill water and napkins. Now there’s a Christmas event, from 12/23 to 1/1, if the bill per table is over 100 dollars, you can draw a Christmas gift 🎁.
