Oakland, California — definitely worth a visit!

📸 Photo before the Snow Patrol concert in Oakland/SF. As a tourist, I felt some areas in Oakland were a bit unsafe? But some parts are really nice. The difference between neighborhoods is huge. Most fans at the concert were in their 40s or older — very few Asian fans. I’m a loyal Snow Patrol fan — their songs translated into Chinese read like romantic poetry 🎶❤️. They’re not as popular in Asia as Coldplay, though. Three types of high-quality beef — and the portions are huge! We were seriously stuffed 😋👍 Besides the BBQ, their Korean dishes are also delicious! They offer soondubu jjigae (tofu soup), spicy Korean ribs, cheesy tteokbokki, noodles, side dishes, and more. So many options!
