Obscure steak, fragrant and delicious!

On the first day in Florence, I didn’t specifically book a restaurant. I was just passing by and got attracted by a lady making handmade pasta. I was hungry from walking around, so I decided to give it a try (fortunately, they had a table available).😍😍😍 - Ribeye Steak 🫶🏻 The 500g local ribeye steak was incredibly aromatic as soon as it was served. The doneness was perfectly controlled, and when cut open, it was a beautiful red color. The steak was tender, juicy, and full of meaty flavor.😻😻😻 - Wheel Parmesan Pici Pasta The handmade Pici had a great texture, but the flavor was quite average. The integration of Parmesan and brandy could have been better. - Traditional Carbonara Pasta😀😀😀 The Carbonara was delicious and the portion was generous. The thin pasta was a bit overcooked for my taste (not quite al dente). It would have been great if they had used the handmade Pici for this dish. 💰 €40 (per person, including drinks) 📍 Il Grande Nuti Trattoria, Firenze #Florence #Florence
