Let’s start with the positives – this hotel is undeniably beautiful and well-maintained at first glance. The room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped with a kitchenette, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essential cookware. 🍳🧊🍽️ Whether you’re planning a short stay or a longer visit, the in-room amenities definitely make life easier. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom felt bright and roomy – no complaints there! 🛏️✨🧼 However, the major letdown was the cleaning service – or lack thereof. According to hotel policy, rooms are cleaned every 5 days, or every 3 days upon request. But here’s the kicker: I stayed from Saturday night until Friday, and my room was never cleaned once. Not a single time. The bed remained untouched, and the same towels hung in the bathroom day after day. 🚫🧹🛏️ For a downtown hotel that positions itself as a quality stay, this felt surprisingly neglectful – almost "down and out" vibes in an otherwise polished setting. 😮‍💨🏙️ Would I stay again?
