Omaha | When Chinese Food Fails… We Settle for Vietnamese Pho

Wanted to try Omaha’s other famous (and actually decent) Chinese restaurant today, but it was closed on Sundays 😤. So we ended up at a nearby Vietnamese spot for some… interesting pho. 🏠 Name: Vietnamese Asian Restaurant 📍 Address: 7212 Jones St, Omaha, NE 68114 🧸 Pho ⭐⭐ An extra star just for the beef—thank you, cows 🐮❤️. The broth was light, with a faint bone-in aroma, but way too salty by the end. The noodles weren’t the classic flat rice kind—they were thick, chewy, and oddly tough. Not a fan 👎. 📌 Verdict: Not recommended. Is this “Americanized Vietnamese food”? Never seen pho like this before.
