OMG the Most Amazing Spanish Paella in Las Vegas!!! 🇪🇸🍛

I had the most incredible paella in Vegas — honestly, it might even be better than what I tried in Spain! 😭 (Haven’t been to Valencia though, so maybe I’m missing the “authentic” benchmark… but still, this was SO good!) There’s a magic sauce called aioli — the chef told me it’s originally from Valencia and I’d never tried it before. Let me tell you… it’s absolutely delicious! Loved it! ❤️ The chef大叔 speaks perfect Chinese — he said he’s from Dongguan and lived there for years. I even spoke a little Spanish with him — muy delicioso! 😄 He effortlessly switched between three languages and was super warm and welcoming. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Vegas! 📌 Tip: Make a reservation on Google Maps or call ahead.
