One Holland Village ๐๐
In 2019, the government initiated a plan to rejuvenate Holland Village, which led to the creation of One Holland Village. ๐๏ธ๐ฝ๏ธ The project was ultimately won by a consortium consisting of Far East Organization, Hong Kong's Sino Group, and Japan's Sumitomo Corporation. ๐๐ฟ This is a comprehensive development project that combines the government's plan to renovate Holland Village, ๐๏ธ๐ฝ๏ธ creating a new type of open-air mall called One Holland Village. The mall was completed and opened at the end of 2023. The first three floors of the mall are dedicated to various shops, including restaurants, supermarkets, ๐๐ฟ hair salons, bakeries, beauty salons, and more.
