We started with the classic & platinum Osetra caviar, served with blinis and crรชpes, and paired with crรจme fraรฎche. ๐Ÿฆ We also enjoyed the recommended rosรฉ (from Provence) and a specially crafted cocktail. ๐Ÿธ The appetizers were chef-recommended: EGG Jam: Goat cheese, sorrel, and eggs topped with caviar. It was a delightful combination of flavors! ๐Ÿฅš MIYAZAKI-WAGYU: Tuna marinated in a mojito-flavored sauce, topped with Perigord black truffle and caviar. The truffle wasn't my favorite, but the mojito flavor was so fresh that it made the dish truly standout. ๐Ÿ– White Corn Polenta with Chanterelles: A simple yet elegant dish that highlighted the earthy flavors of the mushrooms. ๐Ÿ„ For the main course, we had lobster and lamb sausage.
