One-Michelin-Star Caviar Russe 🌟

📍 Address: 538 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10022 Just a stone's throw away from the bustling Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, you'll find Caviar Russe. 🌇 They offer a 3 or 6 course tasting menu, or you can simply order caviar à la carte. We started with the classic & platinum Osetra caviar, served with blinis and crêpes, and paired with crème fraîche. 🦐 We also enjoyed the recommended rosé (from Provence) and a specially crafted cocktail. 🍸 The appetizers were chef-recommended: EGG Jam: Goat cheese, sorrel, and eggs topped with caviar. It was a delightful combination of flavors! 🥚 MIYAZAKI-WAGYU: Tuna marinated in a mojito-flavored sauce, topped with Perigord black truffle and caviar. The truffle wasn't my favorite, but the mojito flavor was so fresh that it made the dish truly standout. 🍖 White Corn Polenta with Chanterelles: A simple yet elegant dish that highlighted the earthy flavors of the mushrooms. 🍄 For the main course, we had lobster and lamb sausage.
