One of My Favorite Restaurants in Paris! Go Now! 🍽️💨

Long time no see! I'm here to share with you one of my favorite spots in Paris because Japanese chef Masaki Nagao is soon leaving for a two-Michelin-star restaurant by Pierre Gagnaire in Nîmes! Last year, when I tasted his pork belly, I was in awe—only an Asian chef truly knows how to handle pork and bring out its ultimate flavor. With so many restaurants in Paris and a constant desire to try new things, it wasn't until I heard the chef was leaving that I rushed back. 🏠This meal was, once again, perfect. The cooking and ingredient pairings were just right. It's no wonder he trained at Le Clarence. The chef's seasoning makes a simple asparagus salad appetizer instantly extraordinary! Turbot with foie gras, calf's sweetbreads with eel— all my favorites, yum! The dessert was a seasonal pairing of strawberries and rhubarb with a hazelnut-crumble that was simple yet outstanding. Dinner without wine is 50-80€, but!! If you're in the area for lunch, they have a 26€ lunch set that's really a great deal. Chef is only staying until June 9th, so if you want to try his cuisine, hurry up and go! 📍 #ParisFood #ParisExploration #ParisRestaurants #TraditionalFrenchRestaurant #ParisLife #Gourmet #MyFoodDiary #FoodExploration #LocalLifeInParis #FoodReviews #ParisFunAndFood #HiddenParisGourmet #ParisFoodBlogger #OffTheBeatenPathParisRestaurant
