This hotel is truly one of my top favorites in New Orleans β and for so many good reasons! Every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and totally professional. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.β€οΈ A special shout-out to Jabari, our porter, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home! π§³β¨ He greeted us with warm energy and made sure everything was ready and comfortable. And letβs not forget the housekeeping team β our room was always spotless, and any extra requests we had were handled quickly and kindly.π This was our second stay at the Hyatt Centric, and once again, they did not disappoint! The lobby has such a relaxed and stylish vibe β the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. And oh β the drinks! πΈ Jarrod, the bartender at Holmes Bar in the lobby, mixes what might be the best cocktails in all of New Orleans. Creative, flavorful, and served with a smile!π The front desk team was also super professional and efficient. No matter the question or request, they handled it with ease.π We absolutely love the atmosphere here and will 100% be back.
