One of the Best Pastas in London 🍝

Recommendation Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🧾 Silk handkerchiefs, walnut butter, confit egg yolk ▪️ Super wide pasta, haha, paired with a simple walnut butter sauce and egg yolk. Very unique and worth a try! 🧾 Kale, chilli, rigatoni ▪️ So green kale pasta! I think this is the best out of the three pastas! The fried kale on top is delicious 🥬, and the sauce is refreshing with a hint of spiciness. 🧾 Spicy pork & nduja ragù, tagliatelle ▪️ This meat sauce pasta has a familiar taste, haha, like a spicy braised meat sauce. It’s also very good. 🖋️ As a Michelin-recommended restaurant, it’s indeed impressive. There’s a wide variety of pastas, and I like the texture which is on the al dente side. The spices and sauces are also innovative. We went for lunch, and it was really packed, so make sure to book a reservation!
