If you could only pick one brunch spot in Eugene, I’d 100% choose Lion and Owl 🏷️ 📍 Address:60 E 11th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401 I’m absolutely obsessed with this place’s decor and vibe—it’s so stylish, with tons of lush green plants everywhere 🌿 The coolest part? You can even sit and eat inside the vehicle in Photo 6! Word on the street is it’s a real, functional bus that can be used as a food truck too 🚌 Even the font on the menu is cute—little details that make the whole experience feel special. Drinks: I ordered a hazelnut latte ☕️, and it was delicious—smooth, nutty, and perfectly balanced. They also have a great selection of alcoholic drinks if you’re in the mood for a brunch cocktail! Food: We tried the foie gras toast 🍞 and crispy trout sandwich—both were incredible! The foie gras was rich and creamy, paired with perfectly toasted bread, and the trout sandwich had a nice crunch with fresh, bright flavors.
