Orlando | Michelin-Listed Chinese Restaurant π¦
I didnβt choose this place, so I went in with zero research β thought it was a seafood spot from the name, but turned out to be a Michelin-recognized Chinese restaurant! A welcome surprise π€ π Ambience: Spacious, clean, and elegant! Tables are well-spaced for privacy and comfort. π½οΈ What We Tried: π§Έ Seafood Hot & Sour Soup βββββ Sweet and tangy β instantly woke up my appetite! π· π§Έ Shanghai Pan-Fried Pork Buns βββββ SO GOOD! Fresh, juicy, and piping hot β we fought over the last one π π§Έ Cantonese Char Siu (BBQ Pork) βββββ Rich glaze, perfect fat-to-lean ratio β best with rice! π π§Έ Steamed Fish ββββ The fish itself was the star! Forgot the type, but the skin was thick and bouncy (almost plastic-like π), and the flesh melted in your mouth. Lightly seasoned with soy sauce. π§Έ Spicy Chongqing Chicken βββ Small portion, too many bones, and mediocre flavor β the weakest dish of the night. π― Verdict: Highly recommend! A delicious upscale Chinese dining experience π₯’ π Name/Address: (Add restaurant details if available!) #USFoodFinds #MichelinEats #Orlando #ChineseCuisine #FoodReview π
