Even the birds in the river are fishing! The ambiance is perfect, the Chinese menu is amusing, but the food is just okay. 🌟✨ There are a few similar cafes nearby, so you can check their menus before deciding. 🍃 🍃▪️ Patagonia Surf Osaka / Outlet 🏄‍♂️ Follow the river and you'll find this two-story standalone building.
