Osteria Giulia, Toronto's Michelin One-Star Italian Restaurant
I would call Osteria Giulia the best value Michelin one-star restaurant in Toronto, offering delicious food at reasonable prices. This Italian restaurant is a must-visit. I've been wanting to try it for a while, and it just so happened that it's next to the Indian restaurant I visited a few days ago. What a lucky coincidence! Crudo Di Ricciola ππππ This dish is incredibly beautiful, with its pink, glossy fish slices. It's visually stunning and very tempting. The fish is of high quality, but the seasoning is a bit too acidic. The sweetness of the pomegranate juice does help to balance it out and adds some complexity to the flavors, but it's still a bit too sour for my taste. Vitello Tonnato πππππ This is a classic Italian dish where the veal is served with a tuna sauce. The veal is tender and delicate, and the tuna sauce is rich and flavorful. The combination of the two creates a unique and delicious taste that is hard to find elsewhere. Spigola Grigliata ππππππ The grilled sea bass is a standout dish. The crispy skin is seasoned with a complex blend of spices that enhances the natural flavor of the fish. Paired with slightly tangy vegetables, it's a perfect match and truly exceptional. Overall, Osteria Giulia offers a fantastic dining experience with a focus on seafood, as inspired by the Ligurian tradition. It's definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality Italian cuisine in Toronto. #FoodieDaily #AmbianceRestaurant #MustTryList #Toronto #TorontoFood
