Our First Visit to the New Location 🏙️🌮

Back in 2003, we first dined at Rosario’s when we dropped our son off for college. After that, we became regulars at their original location just a block or so south. Over the years, we started trying other spots, and while Rosario’s food was always delicious, it gradually slipped off our frequent-visit list. Today, our son suggested we try their new location — and wow, it was fantastic! The space is larger and more stylish, yet the food remains just as tasty as we remember 😍✨. For lunch, we ordered: Beef fajitas with guacamole, served with rice and Mexican beans Fluffy, fresh tortillas (one filled with beef, one with avocado) Cheesy nachos Their salsa is still the best — zesty, fresh, and full of flavor! The roasted jalapeños were perfectly charred, and the tortilla chips were crisp and satisfying 🌶️🍅. We left completely happy and are already planning our next visit.
