We’d happily come back anytime and recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Our third stay was just as comfortable and memorable as the first! ✨ We stayed in Room 1019 on the 10th floor – a beautifully decorated, elegant, and spotlessly clean space. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a true lifesaver during London’s heatwave with temperatures soaring above 30°C! ❄️🔥 The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep after long days of exploring the city. 🛌💤 As always, the staff were helpful, friendly, and genuinely warm – from check-in and check-out to the breakfast restaurant, lobby bar, and every team member we met along the way.
