We arrived at the hotel just one day before the "historic snowstorm" in January 2025 — and from the moment we stepped in, Wanda at the front desk made us feel safe, seen, and truly cared for 😊🧡. With warmth and professionalism, she explained the weather forecast and assured us that everything was under control. What we didn’t know at the time was that most of her colleagues couldn’t make it to the hotel due to the extreme conditions. Yet Wanda managed the entire facility — handling front desk duties, food and beverage services, all phone calls, and guest requests — all by herself, and always with a calm smile 👏📞🍽️. Even more impressive? She walked for hours through the snow just to get to work so she wouldn’t let the hotel or guests down ❄️🚶‍♀️💖. Her dedication went far beyond her job description.
