Overall, A Pleasant Dining Experience! π·π½οΈβ¨
We arrived around 5:00 PM on a Saturday in February without a reservation. Despite the busy atmosphere, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly β a great start! π The interior is intimate and cozy, though it was quite packed with guests. The walls and chillers were stylishly lined with a wide selection of wines πΎ, and there was a small heated outdoor seating area as well. One small note: if you have to wait for a table, there isnβt much space to hang out with a drink beforehand. Our server arrived promptly. The service was efficient and professional, though it felt a bit rushed and not very personalized. We began by tasting a few wines before deciding on a bottle. We went with a playful, dry rosΓ© β so refreshing and delightful! π₯πΈ For dinner, my spouse and I ordered the Trio of Tenderloin and the Cajun Chicken Andouille Pasta. The food arrived incredibly fast β weβre talking under 5 minutes! β‘π The plating was beautiful, and the portion sizes were satisfying. The Cajun pasta lived up to its name β it was seriously spicy! πΆοΈπ₯ A bit too much for our palates, but spice lovers would approve. It was packed with flavor and generous chunks of tender chicken and sausage. The tenderloin was served with roasted squash, peppers, and creamy red skin mashed potatoes. The mushroom red wine sauce was rich and delicious. Unfortunately, two of the three tenderloin pieces had tough silverskin and were nearly impossible to chew π¬. The third piece, however, was perfectly tender and flavorful. We mentioned the issue to our server, who immediately brought over the manager.
