Oxford – A Place Worth Revisiting

Finally made it to Oxford! It’s not too big or far – just a 1-hour 20-minute train ride from London πŸš†, perfect for a day trip. I went completely unprepared – no plans, no research. Just bought a ticket and went! After getting off the train, I wasn’t sure how to get to the city center, so I asked a bus driver at the station when the next bus would leave. He said, β€œI suggest you walk!” πŸ˜‚ That’s how I knew it was close – and it was! Just a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. The city center has only a few streets πŸ™οΈ. How long it takes to explore depends on how much you shop and take photos! πŸ“Έ πŸ“ Worth visiting: Various grand cathedrals β›ͺ The Radcliffe Camera (not open to non-students, but great for photos!) πŸ“š Other libraries – all located close together Alice’s Shop πŸ‡ Natural History Museum πŸ¦– Large lawns (where students have P.E. – so much youthful energy! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ) Different colleges of Oxford University πŸŽ“ Bridge of Sighs (not really recommended though πŸ˜…) Enjoying coffee/tea by the street β˜• & people-watching Zheng Restaurant (Chinese food πŸ₯’) Various souvenir shops πŸ›οΈ You can explore everything in about 4–5 hours ⏳ – perfect for a day trip! #Oxford #IsOxfordFun #OxfordUnprepared #UKDayTrip ✨
