TL;DR: Better than Pearl & Mary, more choices. Vibe is casual, but they have a whole wall of oyster shell plates — cool to see. 🦪 Oyster Experience Tried all six types on the menu. Small but fresh, clean taste, not fishy, no aftertaste. Not super juicy, but decent. BTW — anyone know where to get fresh Gillardeau oysters in Philly? Need them. 🥢 Crudos Appetizers 🐟 TUNA Crudo – wasabi, green apple, ginger-scallion vinaigrette Thick-cut tuna (back meat), very fresh, lots of scallions — loved it. Only three slices though, so we added… 🐚 SCALLOP Crudo – sesame chili crunch, scallions Super fresh! Soft, tender, with a hint of sesame and chili oil — light and delicious. Highly recommend. 🍔 BURGER – bacon jam, crab mayo, cooper sharp, fries Forgot to photo (was tipsy 😅), but the fries were really good. 🦪 Oyster Shooter ×2 Still gross. Who actually enjoys these?! Failed again. 🍷 Drinks Asked for the sweetest rosé — got the driest one. Typical. Friend’s cocktail (forgot the name) was tasty — like a California sunset. 📝 Verdict: Great spot for casual, clean eats and chatting. Later, the shucker started timing himself — said he’s trying to break a record.
